From lived light to lab light

A room you can return to

Recovery ReWired is a calm room with the lights just right. We sit down with people who’ve lived it, studied it, and stood beside it - addiction, attention, identity - and we ask for the cleanest truth they can give. Not performance. Presence.

We don’t promise fixes. We promise clarity that holds. Because addiction reorganises the mind, and minds can reorganise back. When language lands, attention shifts; when attention shifts, days change. That’s why we talk like humans and keep the wiring simple. Useful over performative. Serious about the illness, soft on the person.

If you’re in discovery, day one, year ten, or loving someone through it, then you belong here. Breathe. Listen. Take what works into Monday. Leave what doesn’t. Come back when you need a steadier rhythm.

Where story, science, and soul meet

Raw stories, real presence

Unfiltered moments and honest questions. From discovery to day one, relapse to long haul, we start with lived experience that lands, so people feel seen and less alone. Felt in the body.

Neuroscience, simply woven in

Addiction is an illness of the mind and a brain reorganised to survive. The good news is plasticity never clocks off. We translate wiring, simply so understanding becomes agency, not weight.

Practice you can carry forward

Every hour closes with one tool or reflection - something you can stand inside tomorrow. Small moves in real life, repeated gently, until new rhythms hold under pressure and change sticks.

A space that breathes with you

Calm, clear, and open. For curious minds, troubled souls, inspirational peers and anyone finding their true path. Sit down, breathe, and bring what works back into your day.

Recent episodes. Quiet signal. Clear mind.

“Exactly the conversation we need: disagreement without rancour, evidence without jargon, and real help you can use on a Monday morning.”

Alastair Campbell
Infamous journalist, mental health advocate and podcaster
